A three-spoke multi-stage waterfall can be found below Medvědí Mountain. It is the highest waterfall in Šumperk district (the entire body of water overcomes difference in altitude 14 meters). Borový brook (sometimes called Medvědí), on which we can found the waterfalls, springs in the saddle between the long sides and an anteater at an altitude of about 1280 m.
If you go by train, go to the railway station Kouty nad Desnou along the blue trail to the crossroads (200m) KND, center - bus and from there you continue along the blue trail to Kouty - Fairytale Forest (historical museum - exhibition of wooden statues and sculptures ) toward the largest ski resort in Moravia. Landmark can be a signpost of hiking trails. After heading the blue-quality asphalt road and after 2 km you will find another signpost (►Vodopád on Borový creek-1 km height 8.3 m). Another part of the route is quite demanding, especially the last 150 meters before the valley on the southern slopes of the massif of the long sides. The path is not suitable for cyclists.
