Vysoký vodopádHigh waterfall is the name of the waterfall that is found on the flow of Studeného spring in Jeseníkách 3 km north of the cottage Švýcárna in Silesia, where it overcomes a short distance height from 1018 to 990 m, total height of 28 m. Before the 1880s it had a height of 45 m and water dripped in free fall today, especially at the bottom, forming part of a small waterfall cascades. In 1880 there was a flood and a landslide that collapsed just to the point of impact of the waterfall, so its height reduced to just 28 m away. Yet it is still, among the highest waterfalls in the Czech Republic and is the highest waterfall in Jeseniky on the Czech side. High Falls area is a habitat for interesting, especially here demonstrated the presence of lynx. | |
